Get better every day,

by striving for progress,

not perfection.

In addition to providing exceptional general chiropractic care, our chiropractors have advanced training and specialization in the areas of sports rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and functional training.

There is a common thread that unites recovering from injury, injury prevention, and sports performance…. it’s QUALITY movement.

Competitive, non-competitive; contact or non-contact; youth, college, or senior division- if you do something physically demanding you need to be properly trained.

Maybe you don’t even consider yourself an athlete?  Of course you are… we’re all athletes, we just have different events. Some of our patients run marathons, others run 5k races, and some just need to walk to the mailbox.  The sports and events differ, but the principles remain the same. We need you to be PREPARED for the positions, loads, and durations you will face.  Do you have the form, function, strength and fitness you need?

Bring us your goals and watch as we design the right program to help you achieve them. Improve your movement and get prepared!

Reaching your healthcare goals is a balance of quality of movement and quantity of activity.
Form matters.  Load and repetition must be monitored.
A touch of attention to both can create a positive slope and set the course for successful training and competition.

Chiropractic Sports Rehab
Your first step to getting back at it.

Injuries happen.  Sometimes it happens during competition, at times from a traumatic collision or chance accident.  Other times they sneak up on us, overloading joints, tendons, and muscle little by little, until it’s too much to handle.

Whether your injury was macrotrauma or microtrauma, we’re prepared to help.

We’ll discuss the mechanism, assess your current status and get you headed in the right direction.

We’ll skillfully combine manual and manipulative therapy for pain relief and tissue healing, while developing a progressive exercise strategy to load your tissues appropriately and progressively until you’re back at it.

Spine Rehabilitation

Simplified, and perhaps oversimplified... here's the approach.

  1. Stop the harm.  Teach you what's aggravating your back and find some alternative movement strategies.
  2. Heal and desensitize.  It hurts because something got overloaded or became sensitive.  Let's change that together.
  3. Progressive exercise strategies.  Spines aren't fragile.  At the same time you can't expect them to perform at a high level if they aren't first trained at some lower levels and built up to tolerate faster, heavier, or more dynamic loads.  We'll start with the basics.  Master the fundamentals and then increase the challenge to suit your needs.

To put chiropractic spine rehabilitation succinctly....

We'll get to know you and your health condition.

We'll listen and work to understand your goals.

Then we'll build a bridge from where you are to where you want to be.
